Thank you………

There are millions of different reading choices that are out there, but you took the time off to visit my page, so thank you very much for taking that time to read my blog, I appreciate that very much.

Since I can remember my life, it was always revolves around fitness.

When I was about the age of five (5) I remember competing against my brothers, cousins, and friends, in the village track & field sports. I was always the smallest one, but no one couldn’t reach the winning pool before me. I grew up representing my Primary school until the age of twelve. I then went to Secondary school (High School) and continue doing Track.

At the age of fifteen, I fell in love with a new sports call Cricket. I didn’t give up Track, so I was representing my school in both Track and Cricket. By the time I was eighteen years of age I represented my Country in Both Track and Cricket. At the age of nineteen, I gave up the track to pursued professional Cricket. I move to New York City at the age of twenty-three and continue playing Cricket at a professional level.

At the age of thirty-eight I retired from Cricket, and that same year I took up walking as a form of fitness. Walking was a different type of fitness, it really hurts my body but I didn’t give up. I was walking Off and On, meaning that I was walking about two hours a day and two days a week. I was doing a great job maintaining my health and fitness, {So said my Doctor in 2019} even though I was now forty-seven years of age.

On March 20th, the governor of New York City office issue a lockdown on the city because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. During this time I was just home doing little exercise and drinking red wine. At the end of April, I went for my yearly doctor check-up, and for the first time in my life, my blood pressure was high. It was so high, that my Doctor put me on Medication. I remembered telling myself, “you never were on medication in your life but the pandemic change that”. I left the doctors office with a smile, knowing that I wasn’t going to take any medication and also knowing that I was going to TAKE BACK MY LIFE. I did that by turning my Off and On walking habit of two hours a day and two days a week to a professional walker of six miles a day and six days a week. Now my blood pressure is stable as ever and I’m feeling like a teenager again. Now I can blog without a doubt that walking is the greatest form of exercise and it is the most underrated medication for the human body and mind.

In the space of four months, I read seventeen books about walking. By implementing on the knowledge that I’ve received, and the result that I am seeing, that was enough to make me fall in love with walking.

My main purpose is to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your weight loss and success towards a much awsome and healthy life. It doesn’t matter your size, shape, age, nationality, race, or gender, I am willing to help you to get there, step by step……….
