On this site we will show you the importance of walking and how it is the greatest and easiest way to exercise; I am proud to say that I am speaking from experience. I started walking over three months now and is very please with the way that my physical and mental is shaping up………I feel in love with walking more and more everyday…… So I decided to study it at a deeper level by reading books and implicating the knowledge that I revive, to the best of my ability…… Now! life is awesome……..

Physically I may not know you but what I do know is that, we are all in a pandemic and our way of living change drastically; spending more time in front of the television; pick up bad eating habits…… And on top of that, we are doing less moving around……………….

THE TRACK IS CALLING OUT TO US

I also know how you feel when standing in front the mirror……..telling yourself If I could loose some of that and a little of this, then I’ll be OK….. but what you should take into consideration is;;;; Just loosing weight doesn’t mean that you are healthy ……Let’s take for example. …… For those of us who doesn’t follow boxing, there are times a boxer may have to loose five to ten pounds in two weeks in order to take a fight….oh yeah….he is losing that weight, but losing weight that sodden isn’t healthy. I heard boxers say that they almost passed out in the ring when talking that route, but they’re doing it because boxing is a business to them. Don’t make walking a business for you….make it a hubby….A hobby with different types of benefit
